Odisha Chief minister Leads Tiranga Yatra To Celebrate Operation Sindoor Success

Bhubaneswar:17/5/25: On the occasion of celebrating the success of ‘Operation Sindoor,’ Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today inaugurated a Tiranga Yatra at Lingipur Panchayat in Bhubaneswar and participated in the event.

The Chief Minister led the procession, covering approximately 2 kilometers from Nuagaon Chhak to Jhadumalli Temple, joined by thousands of people.Notably, this Tiranga Yatra is being organized at the panchayat level across the country on May 17 and 18.

Speaking at the inauguration, the Chief Minister stated that the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ has strengthened the nation’s campaign against terrorism through this Tiranga Yatra.

He emphasized that when all Indians, irrespective of caste or religion, unite under the Tricolour, no force can prevail against the nation. “Our national flag, the Tricolour, is a symbol of our resolve, struggle, sacrifice, and inspiration,” he saidHe further remarked, “Our brave soldiers have upheld the honor of the sindoor of our mothers and sisters, and I salute them for it. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, all Indians are safe. Modi ji has said that for every Indian to live in peace and security, India must be strong, and if necessary, demonstrate its strength. Through ‘Operation Sindoor,’ Modi ji has proven this. The operation has sent a strong anti-terrorism message across the country and taught the world that India can adopt a zero-tolerance policy against terrorist activities.”.

The Chief Minister added that all political parties in the country are united in the fight against terrorism. “Our armed forces are fully prepared to respond to every challenge from our enemies. The Tiranga Yatra inspires us all to be bound by patriotism. When we work together, we can overcome any difficult situation in life,” he said.

The procession saw participation from Ekamra MLA Babu Singh, former BJP state president Samir Mohanty, former MLA Priyadarshi Mishra, Block Chairperson Nirupama Sahu, local Sarpanch Kshirod Pradhan, social worker and politician Jagannath Pradhan, social worker Dillip Mohanty, and thousands of members of the public.
