Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal denounced the violence during the Congress protest

Bhubaneswar:27/3/25: Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal denounced the violence during the Congress protest, stating that there is no place for violence in politics.

Samal alleged that the Congress party has a history of giving space to criminals in politics and is responsible for the criminalization of politics.

At a press meet, Samal condemned the law and order situation created by the Congress party, describing it as “shameful” and stating that the Bharatiya Janata Party strongly condemns it. He also criticized the Congress party for abandoning its core ideology and indulging in unrest, violence, and chaos after being rejected by the people of Odisha.

During the protest, several police personnel and journalists were seriously injured and are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Samal visited the injured and inquired about their health, wishing them a speedy recovery.Other prominent BJP leaders present on the occasion included State Vice President Biranchi Narayan Tripathi, State Secretary Saroj Kar, and State Spokesperson Rajendra Panda.
