  Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has decided to waive the ground rent for all Durga Puja pandals across the state

Bhubaneswar:11 OCT 2024:  Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has decided to waive the ground rent for all Durga Puja pandals across Odisha. Majhi stated that this government decision will encourage puja committees, members of various pandals, and devotees. The CM also extended good wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Dussehra.

“Wishing the people of the state on the occasion of Durga Puja. On this occasion, the People’s Government has decided to waive the government rent for all Durga Puja pandals in Odisha. I am hopeful that this decision will encourage the members of the puja committees,” Majhi posted on his social media handle.

Today, the Chief Minister visited various puja pandals in Bhubaneswar and offered prayers to Goddess Durga. He also interacted with devotees and visitors at various puja mandaps in the city.
