Odisha Government released a list mentioning the ministers and collectors who will hoist the national flag

Bhubaneswar: 11 /8/24:The Odisha Government today released a list mentioning the ministers and collectors who will hoist the national flag in various districts of the state on the occasion of Independence Day 2024.

According to the list, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will unfurl the Tricolour and take salute at the state-level Independence Day celebrations at Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Bhubaneswar on August 15.

Similarly, two Deputy CMs, 13 ministers, and collectors of 17 districts will unfurl the National Flag and take a salute.

Below is the list of the ministers and collectors, and the districts where they will hoist the National Flag:

In case, any designated dignitary/VIP does not reach the assigned destination in time or is unable to participate due to some unavoidable circumstances, the concerned Collector / A.D.M. of the district shall perform the ceremonial flag hoisting and take salute on the occasion of Independence Day, 2024.
