Manipal Hospitals announced the successful brand integration of the 400-bedded AMRI hospital in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar:23/5/2 4: Manipal Hospitals on Wednesday announced the successful brand integration of the 400-bedded AMRI hospital in Bhubaneswar, which was acquired in September 2023.

Starting from May 22, the service excellence at these facilities will be aligned with Manipal Hospitals’ standards, marking a significant milestone in healthcare transformation in East India, revealed hospital sources.

This integration signifies a new era of healthcare excellence in the region, as Manipal Hospitals commit to upgrading the facility on par with facilities in the metro.

As part of the transition, elements like logo, branding, internal signage, façade, invoice, letterheads, stationary, uniforms, cards, IDs, and website will be replaced with Manipal Hospitals branding, reflecting a unified identity and commitment to quality care.

It is learnt that the integration will bring forth an array of advanced medical technologies and specialized treatment options previously less readily available in the region.

Partha Das, Chief People Officer of Manipal Hospitals, expressing enthusiasm for this strategic integration, said, “This integration represents a pivotal stride toward our objective to enhance healthcare delivery across East India. By seamlessly blending the expertise of Manipal Hospitals with the rich legacy of AMRI, we are not only committed to providing exceptional care to our patients but also fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence among our employees.

Dr Sudhakar Kantipudi, Cluster Director, Bhubaneswar & Vijayawada, said “I am delighted to witness the integration of the AMRI unit into Manipal Hospitals, heralding a new era of healthcare excellence in Bhubaneswar”

Emphasizing the significance of this move, Hospital Director Saktimaya Mohapatra, said, “The integration of AMRI with Manipal Hospitals underscores our commitment to expanding access to high-quality healthcare across the country. With Manipal’s renowned service excellence now at the forefront, we are poised to set new benchmarks in patient care and satisfaction, furthering our mission of delivering compassionate and advanced healthcare solutions to the communities we serve.”

Following last week’s successful mega brand integration launch event in Kolkata, the transition in Bhubaneswar mirrors the seamless shift of all three AMRI units (Dhakuria, Salt Lake, and Mukundapur) to Manipal Hospitals. This transition reinforces Manipal’s steadfast dedication to excellence throughout the eastern region.
