Taking potshots at the opposition parties, Pandian said, PM Modi had come to Bolangir yesterday. He came to you during the elections. He had come in 2019 and again came in 2024 after five years. He made big promises. The Prime Minister had come in 2014 and 2019 and promised to double MSP for the farmers, but he did not. Pandian said, “You were in government for ten years. You forgot the farmers. Farmers made suicides. Farmers protested in Delhi. Many farmers sacrificed their lives. You did not remember them at that time. Now, when they have learned that they are losing the elections, the BJP is remembering about farmers, about MSP and Cold storage.”

Pandian said the Prime Minister promised that he would give you free solar electricity. Will you deposit Rs 50,000 for that, Pandian asked the people. He further said the BJP will give Solar electricity to only three lakh houses out of the one crore houses of the state in the next five years. It is nothing but they are trying to show lanterns to you in the daytime. They are misleading you.

Pandian reiterated that Naveen will again take oath as the Chief Minister of Odisha on the 9th of June and the same day, the Council of Ministers meeting will be held.
