Former MLA from Pipili assembly constituency Judhistir Samantaray passed away

Pipili: 16/10/23: Former MLA from Pipili assembly constituency in Puri district, Judhistir Samantaray passed away on Monday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. He was 73. Samantaray’s younger brother Dhirendra Samantaray confirmed the news of his demise. The legislator represented Pipili from 1995 to 2000.

The Congress leader breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the hospital.Samantaray was elected to the Odisha Legislative Assembly in 1995 as he had successfully contested the election as a Congress candidate.
