As part of this exciting new initiative, it is  proud  moment for the Odia movie “Phalguna Chaitra”  which is   going to hit the theater  in the beautiful city of Munich, Germany on 13th of May. This represents a significant milestone for Odia cinema, as it marks a new beginning for the industry and blurs the physical cultural boundaries that have traditionally limited its reach. Through this initiative  resident of odia fraternity in Germany  to showcase the richness and diversity of Odia cinema to audiences in Europe, allowing them to experience the unique charm and power of this wonderful art form. This is a historic moment that should not be missed, and  it will encourage all cinema enthusiasts to take advantage of this opportunity to witness the beauty and brilliance of Odia cinema on the big screen.

After the crime thriller ‘Charitra’ and travel love story ‘Daalcheeni’, Sisir Kumar Sahu and Peenaki Singh Rajput have delved into the family drama genre with  ‘Phalguna Chaitra’,“The movie basically represents the time period of ‘Phalguna Chaitra’ month as per Hindu calendar which corresponds with February/March in the Gregorian calendar,” director Sisir Kumar Sahu. The star cast includes Choudhary Jayprakash Das, Partha Sarathi Ray, BM Baisali, Ananya Mishra, Sukant Rath, Pranab Prasanna Rath, Manisha Manjari Mishra, Kailash Panigrahi, Bhaswati Basu, and Chandan Biswal. While Sakti Jagdev is the producer, the story has been written by Dr Sulagna Mohanty.
