Tata Steel Meramandali Pays Homage to JN Tata on his 184th Birth Anniversary

Narendrapur:3/3/23 Tata Steel Meramandali (TSM) celebrated the 184th Birth anniversary of  JamsetjiNusserwanji Tata by observing Founder’s Day at its plant in Dhenkanal.

The celebration commenced with the homage paid to the visionary J N Tata at the plant administration office on March 3, 2023, where the Senior leadership team of TSM along with employees joined to pay floral tribute.

The occasion witnessed an exciting sports and quiz competition among employees, family members and children. To add to the festive mood, the plant and its housing colony were decorated with light.

The Founder’s Day celebration at TSM was a tribute to the inspiring legacy of JN Tata and his contributions to the Indian industry.

JamsetjiNusserwanji Tata (March 3, 1839 – May 19, 1904) , the founder of the Tata Group, is considered ‘Father of Indian Industry’. His vision inspired the steel and power industry in India, set the foundation for technical education, and helped the country leapfrog to the ranks of industrialised nations.
