More than 25 inmates of Gandhi Sebasangh Purubai Kanyashram under Soro municipality have been seriously ill

Soro,: 18/2/23:More than 25 inmates of Gandhi Sebasangh Purubai Kanyashram under Soro municipality have been seriously ill and admitted to Soro Hospital.

One of the victims was later rushed to the Balasore District Headquarters Hospital after her condition deteriorated. However, she died at the district headquarters hospital while undergoing treatment there.

Similarly, another inmate was transferred to the district headquarters hospital in critical condition this morning. After this incident, the Collector has asked a team to visit the kanyasharam to examine the health condition of other inmates.

The visiting team also trying to ascertain the cause behind the illness of the inmates.
