Bhubaneswar:15/8/25:OHPC joined the nation in celebrating 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at its Corporate Office, Training Centre & Units on 15th August 2025. At the Corporate Office, the National Flag was hoisted by Sri Pranab Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance), in the presence of Sri Sandeep Patnaik, Director (HR), and Sri Amiya Kumar Mohanty, Director (Operation)I/c, officers & staff. Sri Sandeep Patnaik, Director (HR), hoisted the National Flag at the OHPC Training Centre, Chandaka. On this occasion, hand Flags and Tri-colour badges were distributed among the employees.

He had made solid contribution on cinema in many odia Dailies and weekly such as Samaj, Prajatantra, Dharatri, Samaya, Satabadi, and weekly Samaya.
