Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi visited Bargarh and participated in the PM’s Kisan Peramana Nidhi festival.

Bargarh: 18/6/24:Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi visited Bargarh today and participated in the Prime Minister’s Kisan Peramana Nidhi festival. Today is 31st of Odisha in this scheme. 62 lakh farmers 632. Received 48 crore rupees. 2000 rupees have been given to each farmer’s bank account. Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi attended the program in the national program organized in Varanasi.

Chief Minister reached the venue of the program by going to a ‘roadshow’ among thousands of people in Bargarh.

Chief Minister Shri Majhi praised the Prime Minister in the program and said that Prime Minister Shri Modi is a true friend of farmers.

He said he wanted no eligible farmer to be deprived of benefits under this scheme. In the next 15 days, all the deprived eligible farmers will be included in this scheme. You will get the benefits of this in the upcoming installment.

He said that farmers are our food providers, our friends. 70 percent of the population of my state Odisha are from farmer’s families. I also come from an ordinary family. He said that he knows the problems of common people. We will give place to the opinions of common people in the coming budget. A website will be launched for this very soon. The budget will be prepared according to your opinion.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Kanak Vardhan Singhdeo, MP Shri Pradeep Purohit, Bijepur MLA Shri Sanat Gadatia, Bargarh MLA Shri Ashwani Sarangi, Atabira MLA Shri Nihar Mahananda and Bhatli MLA Shri Irashish Acharya and other senior leaders were present.
