Chief Secretary of Odisha visited Janata Maidan and reviewed the ground-level preparations for ensuing Make in Odisha Conclave

Bhubaneswar:27/11/22 Chief Secretary of Odisha Suresh Chandra Mahapatra visited Janata Maidan and reviewed the ground-level preparations for ensuing Make in Odisha Conclave.

He along with Principal Secretary Industry Hemanta Kumar Sharma looked into arrangements for plenary hall, sectoral meetings, media longue, exhibition stalls and associated logistic facilities Mahapatra directed to ensure electricity and fire safety.

The concerned officers were asked to take all precautions for no failure in fire safety both before and during the conclave. They were also asked to stay in all alertness on 24*7 basis.

Fire and Power officers were also asked to furnish safety certificates about the venue. Twin City Police Commissioner, Saumendra Priyadarshi, Managing Director, Odisha Mining Corporation, Balwant Singh, Municipal Commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange, Khurda Collector, K Sudarshan Chakravarthy, Director Technical, Information and Public Relations, Surendranath Parida, and other officials accompanied the Chief Secretary during the review visit.
