22nd All India Major Port Cultural Meet 2022-23 begins at Jayadev Sadan

Paradip:17/11/22:Paradip Port Authority along with Major Ports Sports Control Board is organising 22nd All India Major Port Cultural Meet 2022-23 at Jayadev Sadan. Gracing the inaugural function as Chief Guest, Shri YK Singh, DIG, local unit of Indian Coast Gurad inaugurated the cultural extravaganza and said that the Cultural Meet is lifeline of Incredible India, which will showcase rich cultural heritage of the country. Smt. Suchismita Bose, Vice President, Paradip Ladies Club was Guest of Honour. Around 200 participants from 9 Major Ports across the country are participating in the cultural meet, which will come to an end on 20th November.


Shri D.N. Sondhi, Chairman, Organising Committee presided over the inaugural proceedings. Shri Deepak Rath, Vice Chairman and Dr. DP Sethi, Secretary, organising committee also spoke on the occasion. Shri Ranjan Rashmi Beura, Jt. Secretary, organising committee compeered the programme. All the Major Ports are competing in categories like Classical Vocal, Light Vocal, Instrumental, Dance and Drama. This evening, inaugural performance will be made by JNPA followed by SMP, Kolkata
