Odisha, 11 cities have bagged National Awards in the Swachh Survekshan-2022

New Delhi:6/10/22: In a major achievement forOdisha, 11 cities have bagged National Awards in the Swachh Survekshan-2022. Apart from this, Cuttack city and Pipili ULB have received National Awards in the Indian Swacchata League-2022.SusthaOdisha
The ULBs Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Brahmapur Municipal Corporation, Puri, Paradeep Municipality, Bargarh Municipality, Basudevpur Municipality, Bellaguntha NAC, Bijepur NAC, Binika NAC, Chikiti NAC, Junagarh NAC – bagged the Awards under SwachhSurvekshan2022 with a total score of 7500 marks on different parameters.
CM Shri Naveen Patnaik has congratulated the award winning cities/Urban Local Bodies (ULB) and Housing & Urban Development Department, Govt. of Odisha on their efforts to make cities clean and liveable. CM expressed happiness over the efforts of the cities in achieving the goal of #SwachhaOdishaSusthaOdisha
