Bhubaneswar:17/6/22:Odia films released during festivities like Raja guarantee full houses at theatres for at least three weeks despite the invasion of pirated VCDs and DVDs.Most of the Odia films are released coinciding with the festive seasons. . Raja and Dussehra are the two festivals during which a maximum number of films are released in the State. This year three new Odia films such as Dil Mora Manena, Gupchup & Biswanath were released during the Raja festival

Dil Mora Manena:Released on: 10 June 2022

Actors Swaraj Barik and Sivani Sangita starrer ‘Dil Mora Manena’ under the direction of Chandi Parija is a love story of a young couple, who fall in love while traveling and the obstacles thereafter form the crux of the movie produced by Bapuni Kumar under the banner ‘Maa Tarini Entertainment’ and Chhabita Martha under the RRC banner. Prem Anand has composed the music for the film, which has seven songs.

‘Biswanath-Born to love(Released on12 June 2022)

‘Biswanath-Born to love’ starring Sambit and Sambhabana was released in Raja. The shooting of the movie was completed two years ago. However, the release was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Produced under the banner HMT Productions, the movie is written and directed by Hyderabad-based young director Bobbili Kiran. After working as associate director for several Telegu movies, he has now ventured to Ollywood as a director.
