 Odisha reported 48 fresh Covid cases taking the active caseload to 419.

Bhubaneswar:27/3/22: Odisha reported 48 fresh Covid cases on Friday, including 16 individuals below 18 years of age, taking the active caseload to 419.

As per the information shared by the Information & Public Relations Department, out of the new cases, 29 are in quarantine and 19 are local contacts.

A total of 43,385 samples were tested in the state in the past 24 hours. The daily test positivity rate (TPR) now stands at 0.11%.

The details of the new cases are as under:

1. Balasore: 4

2. Bhadrak: 1

3. Balangir: 9

4. Cuttack: 1

5. Gajapati: 7

6. Jajpur: 2

7. Jharsuguda: 3

8. Kendrapada: 3

9. Khurda: 6

10. Sambalpur: 3

11. Sundargarh: 8

12. State Pool: 1
