Jharsuguda:9/11/21 Union Minister of Railways Communications and Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw who is on an official trip to the State, today inspected infrastructure and modern technology installed at Jharsuguda station.

During the visit to Jharsuguda station on Tuesday, Vaishnaw inspected the Electronic Interlocking System. General Manager of East Coast Railway and South Eastern Railway, Archana Joshi and other senior officials accompanied the Union Minister during the visit.

The Railway Minister has also inspected Jharsuguda station today morning and suggested several passenger amenity measures to be incorporated, Indian Railways stated. Vaishnaw with senior officials had tea at a stall on the platform and interacted with the vendor about movement and frequency of trains.
