Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw held a high level review meeting with General Manager SE Railway & East Coast Railway

Jharsuguda:8/11/21: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw held a high-level review meeting with Archana Joshi, General Manager, South Eastern Railway & East Coast Railway at Jharsuguda on Monday.

Bargarh MP, Suresh Pujari, Sambalpur MP, Navin Gangdev, Rengali MLA Nauri Nayak, Sundergarh MLA Kusum Tete, Biramitrapur MLA Shankar Oram, and Sambalpur MLA, Jainarayan Mishra, were present on the occasion.

Among others, former MLAs Ravi Nayak, and Radharani Panda, attended the meeting and interacted with Railway Minister.

Principal officers of South Eastern Railway, East Coast Railway and South East Central Railway were also present.

Various issues pertaining to infrastructural development works of Railways in Odisha, especially in Jharsuguda area were elaborately discussed in the meeting.

During the discussion, Vaishnaw gave importance to safety issues and suggested several measures to improve the passenger amenities over SER & ECoR jurisdiction. The Union Minister also laid stress on timely completion of all ongoing railway projects.
