TPCODL a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha has inaugurated its new corporate office

Bhubaneswar: 26/8/21:Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPCODL),a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, inaugurated its new corporate office at Power House Square in Bhubaneswar today.

The Customer Care Center was inaugurated by U.N.Behera, Chairperson, Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) in the presence of Dr. Praveer Sinha, CEO and MD, Tata Power, and M Shenbagam, CEO, TPCODL along with other employees.

The new office is a two-story complex and located just alongside its Customer Care Centre in that area which is fully equipped with modern equipment for customer convenience like Queue Management System for managing the customer footfall efficiently at the Centre, E –Kiosk for all type of information like New Connection /duplicate bill/ Customer billing history etc.

Speaking on the occasion, M. Shenbagam, Chief Executive Officer, Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited said, “We are glad to inaugurate our new corporate office at Powerhouse, one of the prominent locations in Bhubaneswar. We are positive that our new office will enable smooth collaboration among our employees and they will thrive here. Besides this, with our Customer Care Center located right next to it, we look forward for our new office to become a one stop solution for our customers where they can pay their monthly bills, raise their queries or complaints and also apply for new connection, thereby, offering them a seamless experience.”
