Webinar on Role of teacher to Aware them about fundamental rights

Madhya Pradesh:9/8/21: The role of the teacher is paramount in the building of any nation, today while the whole world is battling with the corona epidemic, some private educational institutions are not deterring from the economic and mental exploitation of teachers. In such pandemic times, the voice of teachers has been made by the Teachers  Association of  Madhya Pradesh (AEIE) and Chhattisgarh (PEIEA)It is to be known that this is an organization of private teachers which is working in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. It is working continuously to protect the interests of the teachers.

In this context, a webinar was organized by the organization on 08/08/2021, the main purpose of which was to provide information about the fundamental rights of teachers and their service conditions. It was completed under the joint aegis of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh unit, in which hundreds of teachers from all over the country participated. In this, the founder of All India Private College Employees Union (AIPCEU) Shri K. M.Karthik gave information about the pay scale and service conditions of the teachers.

Professor Sachin N Shinde Sir, President of Sinhagad Coordination Committee of Pune Maharashtra gave detailed information to the teachers about their rights. Sachin sir told that the employees should never resign and if the management terminates then file a complaint to the university, DTE, and AICTE and fight for justice by filing a petition in the high court if the solution is not found.  In the webinar, the teachers were also highlighted about the service conditions other than PF and Gratuity.

Chhattisgarh association President Shri BL Maharana Sir said in his address that we can avoid exploitation only by being organized and aware of our rights. Madhya Pradesh unit president Mr. Satish Varathe while expressing his gratitude to everyone after the webinar said that our fight is not with any educational institution but if our employees are harassed then we will raise our voice and fight for our rights.
