Bhubaneswar:9/7/21:The Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) will set up a canteen in Odisha Assembly premises.

Speaker Surjya Narayana Patro today issued direction to the OTDC and Assembly Secretary for setting up the canteen.

OTDC will provide quality food at a reasonable price to staff and visitors. The Assembly Secretariat will provide basic infrastructure such as water, electricity and building for this purpose while the Assembly will also bear the cost of cook and other employees of the canteen.

Officials said that the project will be started this year on a pilot basis and it will be further expanded. OTDC officials said that the canteen will serve Odia delicacies to visitors and staff of the Assembly.
