Bhubaneswar Logs 281 New Covid Cases

Bhubaneswar28/6/21:: A total of 281 fresh Covid-19 cases and five fatalities due to the disease were reported from the city in the last 24 hours.

According to the Covid-19 update shared by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), there are 1317 active Covid cases in the city and with five more succumbing to the disease the death toll has climbed to 440.

Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, 374 Covid patients have recovered from the disease taking the cumulative total of recoveries from Covid in the city to 87,688.

Out of the new Covid cases detected in the city during the last 24 hours, 215 are local contact cases and the remaining 66 are quarantine cases.
