Odisha government today effected major reshuffle in IAS cadre

Bhubaneswar:27/6/21: The Odisha government today effected major reshuffle in IAS cadre by transferring 19 officers and assigning new postings to them.

1998 batch IAS, Suresh Kumar Vashishth was appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Agriculture and Farmer’s Empowerment Department. Currently he is working as the Special Secretary of the department.

2014 batch Yeddula Vijay was transferred and posted as Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Cuttack. He is currently working as Collector and District Magistrate of Malkangiri district.

2008 batch IAS, Bhupendra Singh Poonia was appointed as the Managing Director of IPICOL replacing 2003 batch IAS Jawale Nitin Bhanudas who will be sent on an inter-state deputation to Maharashtra. Poonia will hold additional charge of Additional Secretary of Industries Department and ED of IDCO.

Currently Poonia is working as the State Project Director of OSEPA with additional charge of State Project Director, RMSA, Bhubaneswar and Chairman of CHSE.

2012 batch IAS Anupam Saha was appointed as State Project Director of OSEPA. He will also hold additional charge of Member Secretary of ‘Mo School’. Currently Saha is working as Collector and District Magistrate of Gajapati.

2013 batch Monisha Banerjee was appointed as Collector and District Magistrate of Bargarh. She is currently working as Collector and DM of Sonepur district.

2015 batch IAS Lingaraj Panda was appointed as Collector and DM of Gajapati. He is working as State Project Director of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathana with additional charge of State Project Director, OHEPEE.

2015 batch IAS Aboli Sunil Naravane was appointed as Collector and DM of Sonepur. At present he is working as ADM, Rourkela with additional charge of Secretary of Rourkela Development Authority.

2016 batch IAS Dibya Jyoti Parida, Commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Rourkela Smarty City Ltd is allowed to remain in additional charge of ADM, Rourkela and Secretary of Rourkela Development Authority in addition to his own duties.

2016 batch IAS Vishal Singh was appointed as Collector and DM of Malkangiri. He is currently working as PD, DRDA, Jajpur.

2017 batch Somesh Kumar Upadhyay was transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Malkangiri. He is at present working as Sub-Collector of Titlagarh with additional charge of Executive Officer of Titlagarh.

2017 batch IAS P. Anvesha Reddy was transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Mayurbhanj. He is currently working as Sub-Collector of Baripada with additional charge of Executive Officer, Baripada Municipality.

2017 batch IAS Divakara T.S. was appointed as Officer on Special Duty of Odisha Computer Application Centre. Presently he is working as Sub-Collector of Dharamgarh with additional charge of Executive Officer of Dharamgarh NAC.

2019 batch IAS Agarwal Akshay Sunil was appointed as Sub-Collector of Nabarangpur following his return from Phase-II training.

2019 batch IAS Anya Das was appointed as Sub-Collector of Baripada following her return from Phase-II training.
