Naveen Patnaik announced an additional package of Rs 25 crore for COVID-19 management for western Odisha

Bhubaneswar11/6/21::Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced an additional package of Rs 25 crore for COVID-19 management in 11 districts of western Odisha– Sambalpur, Kalahandi, Bolangir, Bargarh, Nuapada, Jharsuguda, Angul, Boudh, Deogarh, Subarnapur and Sundargarh.

Last month, the CM had also announced financial assistance of equal amount for the districts while he dedicated the medical equipment procured with the amount, today.

Patnaik exuded hope that the additional financial assistance will help in strengthening of COVID-19 treatment infrastructure in the districts.
