Bhubaneswar reported 871 new Covid-19 cases during the last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: 29/5/21: Bhubaneswar reported 871 new Covid-19 cases during the last 24 hours, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) said on Saturday.

While 182 were quarantine cases, 689 were from local contacts.

As many as 1073 patients recovered during this period. With this, the city has now 11, 641 active cases.

The total caseload of the city reached to 73, 972 with detection of the fresh cases.

The city has reported 334 deaths due to the virus infection so far and 61, 976 persons have recovered.
