Energy Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra Visits Cyclone Yaas Affected Kharasahapur gram panchayat

Balasore: 26/5/21:Energy Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra, accompanied by Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MLA from Soro Parsuram Dhada today visited Kharasahapur gram panchayat under Bahanaga block in Balasore district which has been devastated following the landfall of Very Severe Cyclonic Storm Yaas.

Mishra spoke to the affected villagers and assured them of government assistance and relief.

BJD’s Organisational Secretary and Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das had also accompanied Mishra to review the situation.

The Energy Minister under instructions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been camping in Balasore overseeing evacuation and other operations before Cyclone Yaas hit the district.
