Odisha Reports 6215 New COVID-19 Cases; Khordha Highest At 950

Bhubaneswar:23/4/21; Odisha today reported 6215 fresh COVID-19 positive cases, highest since the virus outbroke in the state last year. With this, the state’s total caseload surged to 3,94,694.

Of the total fresh cases, 3604 are quarantine cases and 2611 local contact cases. Khordha registered highest 950  fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (684) and Kalahandi (682).

The number of active cases has surged to 39,117.

Yesterday, the state’s daily tally crossed the 6000-mark and stood at 6164.
