National Testing Agency (NTA) postponed the UGC-National Eligibility Test

New Delhi:20/4/21: In view of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the National Testing Agency (NTA) today postponed the UGC-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) for December 2020 cycle (May 2021) Examination scheduled to be held in between May 2 and 17, 2021 across the country.

The NTA further stated taking into account the safety and well-being of the candidates and examination functionaries, the UGC-NET in computer-based test mode covering 81 subjects has been put on hold

The revised dates for the UGC-NET December 2020 cycle (May 2021) examination will be announced later and at least 15 days ahead of the exam.

The testing agency advised the candidates to visit the official website of NTA, www.nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.ac.in for the latest updates.

Also, the candidates can contact 011-40759000 or send e-mail to ugcnet@nta.ac.in for further clarification, the NTA stated.
