All technical and professional institutions, including engineering colleges across the state will reopen from tomorrow

Bhubaneswar:9/2/21: All technical and professional institutions, including engineering colleges across the state, will reopen from tomorrow. However, the physical mode of teaching will resume on February 17.

According to a notification issued by the Skill Development and Technical Education Department, ITI, polytechnic, engineering colleges and other professional institutions will resume their operations from tomorrow.

Moreover, the physical classes for first-year Post Graduate (PG) and pre-final year of Under Graduate (UG) courses will resume from tomorrow in the state. These colleges, which are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be opened after about 10 months.

The physical classes of the students of first-year PG and pre-final year of UG courses will resume from February 10 strictly adhering to the Covid guidelines, Higher Education Minister Arun Kumar Sahoo said on Tuesday.
