Sanjiv Mittal appointed as the Vice Chancellor (VC) of Sambalpur University.

Bhubaneswar:20/1/21: Odisha Government today appointed eminent academician Professor Sanjiv Mittal as the Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Sambalpur University.

In exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section(1) read with Sub Section(7) of Section 6 of Odisha Universities (Amendment) Act 2020, Odisha Governor and Chancellor of Universities, Professor Ganeshi Lal appointed Professor Sanjiv Mittal as the VC of Sambalpur University for a period of four years with effect from the date he assumes office.

Dr. Mittal is presently working as the Professor of University School of Management Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, since 2007

With 29 years of teaching experience including 13 years as a Professor in management studies, Professor Mittal has authored total eight books during his career. He has contributed many articles in journals of national and international repute. He has conducted workshops on entrepreneurship development and business skills training and export as well as successfully guided 11 research scholars.
