With 358 new COVID-19 infections Odisha’s total caseload surged to 3,25,505.

Bhubaneswar:18/12/20: A spike of 358 new COVID-19 infections have been detected in Odisha in the last 24 hours. Following this, the state’s total caseload surged to 3,25,505.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 27 districts, 208 have been reported from different quarantine centers while 150 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action are underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.

Angul recorded highest 52 fresh cases followed by Khordha  (36) and Balasore with (35).

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 3,039 and recovered cases at 3,20,584.
