Odisha govt extends deadline for for various pension-related services till May 2021

Bhubaneswar:4/11/20: Odisha government has made special arrangements for disbursement of pension/family pension in treasuries/banks with certain changes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The state government has extended the deadline for various pension-related services including periodic submission of life certificate, periodic submission of non-marriage/re-marriage declaration, submission of the non-employment certificate, disbursement of pension for the first time without the physical presence of pensioner/family pensioner, and disbursement of gratuity payment order / commuted value of pension (CVP) without the physical presence of pensioner/family pensioner till May 2021.

The state government also urged pensioners/family pensioners to avoid visiting treasuries and banks during the period in which Covid-19 restrictions are in force.
