Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the revamped Taladanda Canal Road in Cuttack

Bhubaneswar:10/10/20: Odisha Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the revamped Taladanda Canal Road in Cuttack to ensure easy access for ambulances on both sides of the road to SCB Medical College & Hospital. The 1.5km-long, three-lane road is part of the up-gradation of SCB Medical College into a world-class hospital. It will decongest the city traffic and connect Cuttack Ring Road near Jobra Barrage with Ranihat. With wider footpath for pedestrians, ample street lighting, adequate parking space & safety measures, it will emerge as a model road for the SilverCity

 The road has been widened enabling swift movement of ambulances to the premier medical institute. Moreover, five parking places have been made and beautification along both sides of the 1.5 km road has been done.“The inauguration of the Taladanda canal is a milestone. I congratulate residents of Cuttack on this occasion,” said Patnaik while inaugurating the road.
