With 1503 COVID-19 detections in Odisha total number of cases reached at 26,892

Bhubaneswar:27/7/20: A biggest single-day spike in COVID-19 detections of 1503 cases were reported in Odisha in the last 24 hours.

The new cases are distributed over 28 districts. Out of these, 1002 were in quarantine and rest 501 are local contact cases. The highest is from the corona hotspot Ganjam with 491 detections, followed by 223 in Khordha and 136 in Cuttack.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha reached at 26,892. While 9919 of these are active cases, so far, 16,792 people have been recovered.
