163 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in Bhubaneswar and 46 cured

Bhubaneswar:26/7/20: As many as 163 new COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed on Twitter.

Of the 163 new COVID-19 positive cases, 104 are quarantine cases and 59 are local contact cases. Besides, 46 persons have also recovered by the infection in the BMC area, the tweet read.

Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts & nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitised & will be under active surveillance, the BMC said adding that all the positive cases have been shifted to COVID hospital.
