45 fresh cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: 10/7/20: As many as 45 fresh cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed today.

While 35 persons from quarantine have been tested coronavirus positive, 10 are local contact cases.

The BMC said further contact tracing is underway. Primary contacts & nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitised & will be under active surveillance.

As many as 602 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported so far from the state capital. While seven persons have died of COVID-19 in Bhubaneswar, the number of active cases stands at 286.
