Odisha Government has put the transfer orders of two senior IAS officers on hold

Bhubaneswar:17/5/20: The Odisha Government has put the transfer orders of two senior IAS officers on hold in view of the impending very severe cyclonic storm Amphan.

A government notification said that the transfer of 1993-batch IAS officer, Nikunja Bihari Dhal, as Principal Secretary to Energy department, and 1995-batch IAS officer, Bishnupada Sethi, as Principal Secretary to Revenue and Disaster Management department were kept in abeyance until further orders.The notification said both the IAS officers were transferred by the state government on May 13. Besides, Senior IAS officer Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra was appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of Health & Family Welfare Department on April 26.
