Surat returnees leaves Odisha worried

Bhubaneswar: 6/5/20: As the total tally of coronavirus positive cases in Odisha reached 177, the Information and Public Relations released few data about the latest Covid-19 case.coron

As per reports, the new patient, who is an 18-yr Male, has recently returned from Surat.

While several measures are being taken by the Odisha government to contain the virus, district administrations are on their toes as they launch contact tracing.

As Odisha is bracing to receive lakhs of people from other States, recent Surat returnees testing positive for COVID-19 has left the State government worried.

A few days earlier, Ganjam did not have any single positive case. This southern district is expected to receive a large number of migrant workers stranded across the country.
