One more person has reportedly tested positive in Jajpur district:Odisha’s tally reached 180

Bhubaneswar: 6/5/20: After three back to back reports, one more person has reportedly tested positive for novel coronavirus in Jajpur district today. Following the detection of four news cases, Odisha’s tally reached 180. The Information & Public Relations department has also shared the initial data about the case. As per reports, the patient is a 57-year-old male and had recently returned from Kolkata. With this, the total number in Jajpur district, which has been designated as Red Zone, increased to 55 with 54 active cases. Earlier in the day, one case had been detected from the coastal district. The 68-year-old patient had also travel history to Kolkata. With the latest positive case from Jajpur, the tally in Odisha stands at 180 with 116 active and 61 recovery cases so far.
