Bhubaneswar: 29/4/20: After three more new COVID-19 positive cases in the State, Odisha I&PR department has released the initial report regarding their details.
While one case was reported from Panchapalli of Keonjhar district, one each from Basudevpur of Deogarh district and Brajrajnagar of Jharsuguda respectively.
As per the latest information, all the three new cases are asymptomatic. They had recently traveled to West Bengal.
- 60 yrs Male, Keonjhar, Panchapalli
- 34 yrs Male, Deogarh, Basudevpur
- 18 yrs Female, Jharsuguda, Brajrajnagar
While several measures are being taken by the Odisha government to contain the virus, district administrations are on their toes as they launch contact tracing. With this, Odisha’s tally goes up to 122. Earlier in the day, a 77-year-old from Bhubaneswar had tested positive for the deadly virus.
