Odisha Chief Minister dedicated five standalone COVID Hospitals

Bhubaneswar:21/4/20: Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik dedicated five standalone Odisha COVID Hospitals with a combined bed capacity of 825, readied in record 30 days. The hospitals have been set up in Sundargarh, Bargarh, Angul, Jagatsinghpur & Nabarangpur, increasing the number of beds to 5000.

The hospitals will provide specialised treatment to COVID19 patients free of cost. CM thanked the Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Minister of Coal and Mines Pralhad Joshi for their support to set up these hospitals.

Dedicating these hospitals, CM said that it is a war we have to win. CM appreciated the district administrations for setting up these hospitals in record time and thanked NTPC, MCL, Indian Oil, Paradip Port and NALCO for their support.
