Odisha Out of 5537 samples, 5477 have been tested negative while 60 have tested positive

Bhubaneswar:15/4/20: Out of 5537 samples, 5477 have been tested negative while 60 have tested positive for coronavirus across Odisha.

This was informed by the State Health & Family Welfare (H & FW) department. While there are 41 active cases in the state, 18 persons have been cured and discharged, the H & FW department added.

India has recorded over 11,000 COVID-19 infections with a record single-day increase of 1,463 cases in 24 hours, ending Tuesday night.

On Monday, Odisha’s Chief Spokesperson on COVID-19, Subroto Bagchi had outlined some other major steps taken by the state government to address the crisis due to COVID-19 outbreak and contain the spread
