Test facility for Covid-19 began at the SCB Medical College and Hospital

Cuttack, March 31: Test facility for Covid-19 began today at the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

SCB Medical College and Hospital became the third establishment in the state after All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC) in the state capital to have the test facility.

Officials said that the government taking expeditious steps to start test units at another two medical colleges in the state. “With the three testing centres we are hopeful of testing maximum samples to prevent the spread of the deadly virus,” said an official
