Odisha Govt’s Spokesperson Subroto Bagchi on COVID-19 informed that positive cases in State remains three

Bhubaneswar:31/3/20: Odisha Govt’s Spokesperson on COVID-19, Subroto Bagchi, today informed that up to 12 noon today, 473 samples have been tested and the number of COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha remains three.

Addressing a presser this evening at Geeta Govinda Sadan, Bagchi briefed the press about steps taken by the State Govt for prevention of COVID-19.

As many as 55 contacts of the first two cases are being tracked while 112 contacts of the third case have been identified and are in communication, he said.

Bagchi also informed that 57 persons are under Hospital Isolation today in different hospitals.

He further stated that 11,575 persons have registered themselves through online and 104 Health Helpline, out of which, 4304 persons are from abroad.
