Odisha 23 persons coming in contact with COVID-19 affected patient in hospital isolation

Bhubaneswar:21/3/20: As many as 70 samples from the state have been sent for testing of coronavirus so far; out of which 69 results have been received while results of one sample is still awaited, informed Subroto Bagchi, spokesperson of Odisha government on COVID-19.

He also said that two of the samples sent so far have been tested positive for the deadly virus and health condition of both identified patients is stable. “As many as 3236 persons have been registered through 104 Helpline while 23 persons who had contact with COVID-19 affected patient are in hospital isolation,” said Bagchi.
