One Day Training Programme on “Accounts and Book Keeping in Primary Level Cooperatives” organized at Regional Training Centre of LINAC, NCDC

Bhubaneswar:7/2/20:LINAC (Laxmanrao Inamdar National Academy for Cooperative Research and Development) Regional Training Centre, NCDC (National Cooperative Development Corporation), Bhubaneswar organized one Day Training Programme on “Accounts and Book Keeping in Primary Level Cooperatives”. The training programme was held under the guidance of Shri Sundeep Kumar Nayak, I.A.S, Managing Director, NCDC.

The training program is especially designed for Secretaries, President and other members of the Board of Directors of Primary Level Cooperative Societies. There were 20 participants in the programme, from 20 Primary level cooperatives across Angul, Dhenakanal and Balasore districts.

Dr. R.N. Gopal, Regional Director, NCDC, Bhubaneswar welcomed the guests and participants of the training programme and briefed about objective of the training programme. In his inaugural address, he emphasized on training needs of cooperative professionals of primary level cooperatives to develop concepts of Accounts and Book Keeping in Primary Cooperatives to run the cooperative societies professionally with focus on nurturing primary level cooperative societies with the financial assistance from NCDC under Sahakar-22 vision of NCDC. Sh. S.P. Rath, Ex- Regional Director of NCDC, Bhubaneswar, graced the occasion as guest of honour and faculty. The faculty for the above training programme comprised Shri Priyanath Panigrahi, Shri A.K. Praharaj and Shri B.P. Maity from office of Auditor General of Cooperative Societies, Govt. of Odisha.
