Naveen Patnaik will be re-elected as the next President of Biju Janata Dal

Bhubaneswar:25/2/20: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be re-elected as the next President of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Wednesday.

The re-election will be conducted at the party headquarters here at 9 am on Wednesday. He is the only candidate in the race for the post.

The state council has 355 members and out of that 80 will be elected to the state executive. Naveen will be felicitated after being re-elected to the post for the eighth time.

The BJD has already elected presidents at panchayat, block and district level.
