Dabugaon MLA Manohar Randhari lent his shoulder to carry a pregnant woman

Papadahandi, Feb 11/2/20: Dabugaon MLA Manohar Randhari lent his shoulder to carry a pregnant woman for five km through jungle road in a sling to reach her hospital on Monday.

The MLA was in Papadahandi area of Nabarangpur district today to interact with his constituents when he was apprised about the woman, Jema Behera, of Kusumikhunti village who complained of labour pain.

It was not possible for an ambulance to reach the village due to lack of motorable road connectivity to the village.

Being informed about the incident Randhari immediately went to the village and helped the locals to carry the woman around 5 km in the jungle road and then shifted her to his car and drove to Papadahandi hospital.
