Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey has been appointed as Special Secretary to Odisha Chief Minister

Bhubaneswar:23/10/19: Senior IPS officer Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey has been appointed as Special Secretary to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Earlier, DS Kutey was posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Odisha Chief Minister.

A 1997-batch Odisha-cadre IPS office, Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey, was inducted into the Chief Minister’s Office in April 2017 as the OSD.

Earlier, he has worked as the State Transport Commissioner, IG Operations and also held other important posts in Odisha Police.
